Last night myself and two friends left a pub where one of our friends bands was playing. We strolled casually down the dark street to where I had parked my car, half way there we were confronted by some rather angry screams. We look up the street and there is a bum running at full pace towards us screaming "Aaaaaaarrrg, I'm angry!" Well, we thought he would just pass us by and do whatever angry things he needed to, so we promptly ducked into a small alley way, just to be safe. As we were waiting for him to pass, we noticed that he had stopped at the alleyway and was staring up at us, then he started running at us. It was at that point that we decided we should run away from him, and it was also at that moment that I realized how fucking unfit I am. I had just been chain smoking at this pub for the past three hours and so as I was running I was wheezing uncontrollably, it was disgusting. Anyway we got away from the bum and back to my car. We got in and then decided to stalk him, so we drove around and let him chase the car for a little. It was fun.

I need to quit smoking. I've tried patches in the past and they didn't really help. Any advice?
